Si narra che nel 72 a.C., fu costruito in Egitto un obelisco molto alto sorretto solo da due tartarughe. Dopo due anni la tartaruga più grossa crollò sotto il peso dell’obelisco, mostrando a tutti senza nessun pudore, le sue lucide budella.

It is said that in 72 BC, a very tall obelisk was built in Egypt, supported only by two turtles. After two years, the larger turtle collapsed under the weight of the obelisk, showing everyone without any modesty, its glossy guts.
